Telesales – Marathi

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Telecaller)
Industry: Online matchmaking and Matrimonial Services
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-3 years of experience can apply
Job Location: Thane, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Call new and existing customers over the phone
• Explain ShadiMarathi.com services and membership plans
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain daily calling and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets and work with the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Fluency in Marathi (Hindi/English is an added advantage)
• Prior experience in telesales/call center is a plus
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
