* Develop, configure, and maintain automation components and integrations using TypeScript (Node.js) and YAML
* Design, configure, and optimize workflows for automation and operational efficiency
* Write and maintain Python scripts to support integrations and automation
* Design, fine-tune, and manage AI Agents for business and support automation
* Apply prompt engineering best practices for consistent and reliable AI outputs
* Build, integrate, and maintain REST APIs with external systems
* Configure and manage data sync and integration processes where required
* Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot API calls and asynchronous processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions
* Prepare technical documentation and support continuous improvements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of overall software development experience
