Role Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations within your assigned territory. Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Lead, train, and motivate sales officers to maximize productivity and performance.
Monitor individual performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Identify, appoint, and manage dealer networks to expand market reach.
Ensure product availability and visibility across all channels.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies and promotions.
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities.
Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Track sales performance and prepare detailed MIS and reports.
Share insights with senior management for strategic decision-making.
Communicate product features, quality, and benefits through demos, presentations, and promotional activities.
Promote Putty, Paint, Texture, and Tile Adhesives.
Coordinate with channel partners to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower and promotional budgets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting standards.
Maintain accurate and timely records (online and offline).
