Project Sales (Gypsum Plaster)

Role Overview

As a Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer – Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales through large-scale construction projects within your assigned territory. The role focuses on identifying and securing key projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring product specification and usage. You will work closely with the Sales Project Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve business targets.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening presence in the project sales segment. Through effective project acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis, you will contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Acquisition: Identify and secure private and government projects by leveraging market networks and influencing key decision-makers.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, applicators, and approving authorities to drive project sales.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand project requirements, competitor activity, and industry trends to support sales planning.

• Product Promotion: Communicate product features, quality, and benefits through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

• Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Track project sales performance, prepare regular reports, and share insights with the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.

• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and encouraging repeat business.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure aligned and effective sales execution.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure adherence to company reporting and compliance standards.
