Business Development – Airport Infrastructure

Position: Airport Segment Manager (Road Safety/Infrastructure)

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Road Safety, Construction, and Infrastructure Industry

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and grow the airport business segment on a pan-India basis
• Develop relationships with AAI, private airport operators, consultants, and EPC contractors
• Track upcoming airport projects (greenfield and brownfield) 6–24 months in advance
• Influence technical specifications and BOQs in alignment with compliant products
• Lead product presentations, technical discussions, demos, and trials at airports
• Manage vendor registrations, approvals, and pre-qualification processes
• Coordinate tender submissions and pre/post-bid clarifications
• Work closely with Product, QA/QC, Operations, and Logistics teams for execution
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain disciplined CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting cadence

Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Indian airport ecosystem and approval processes
• Working knowledge of ICAO, DGCA, and AAI specifications
• Experience in airside and landside markings, coatings, or infrastructure materials
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and consultants independently
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India

Experience and Background:
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in airport infrastructure or institutional B2B sales

• Prior experience dealing with AAI or private airport operators preferred
