Role Overview
We are looking for a modular site engineer with hands-on experience in clean room panel installation and modular site execution. The role involves supervising on-site modular works, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings and quality standards. \Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of clean room panels, modular partitions, ceilings, and associated systems at site.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and clean room standards.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, productivity, and material usage.
Plan and coordinate material delivery, unloading, storage, and utilization at site.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality compliance, safety norms, and project guidelines are followed.
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and provide regular status updates to the project team.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-level technical issues related to modular and clean room works.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work packages within defined project timelines.
Support documentation related to as-built drawings, measurements, and material reconciliation.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in civil, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
1–4 years of experience in clean room panels, modular partitions, or similar modular projects.
Good knowledge of cleanroom concepts, modular installation practices, and site execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Willingness to work at project sites and handle site-based responsibilities.
Prior experience in clean room projects such as pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, laboratories, electronics manufacturing units, etc.
Exposure to EPC/turnkey project execution environments.
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to site challenges.
