Job Description – We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organisation as Vice President – Projects in the Pharmaceutical EPC, MEP, and Turnkey Projects sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of EPC, MEP, and turnkey pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to achieve project milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings for MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective problem resolution during project execution.
- Drive innovation, process improvements, and adoption of new technologies in project management.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular quality checks, raise RFIs, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Identify design discrepancies and initiate technical clarifications.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of Project systems.
- Support documentation for billing, as-built drawings, and approvals.

- Strategic project planning & execution
- Strong understanding of all EPC/MEP systems (HVAC, CRP, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, etc.)
- Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and coordination layouts.
- Budgeting, cost control & resource optimisation.
- Contract negotiation & vendor management.
- Knowledge of project planning tools and MS Project.
- Cross-functional team leadership & mentoring.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 or More than 10 years of experience in EPC, MEP project execution (preferably in industrial/commercial/pharma projects)
- Exposure to site execution, coordination, and vendor/client communication.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
