Job Description
Position: Designer Engineer (Sheet Metal)
Location: Nagpur And Vasai
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Laser Cut designs of parts as per customer specification
- Provide support to Company manufacturing plants as needed.
- Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards & Specification
- Responsibilities include drafting, prototyping, and testing for innovative equipment.
- Manage end-to-end tender bidding process.
- Prepare and fulfil high-quality tender documents.
- Estimate project costs and develop pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and client requirements.
- Evaluate competitor bids and analyse feedback.
- Ensure zero rejection from Laser cut & design process
- Responsible for wastage from laser cut process
- Ensure additional revenue/business generation from existing customer
Qualification and Work Experience:
- B.E/Diploma –Mechanical/Production/Industrial with minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering setup
- Good understanding and experience of laser cut design methodology & standards
- Good knowledge and experience in tender bidding process
- Ability to work independently with minimum support.
