The Treasury Manager – Accounts will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, cash flow, banking activities, treasury planning, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth fund management, timely payments, and accurate financial reporting across PAN India operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage daily cash flow, fund allocation, and banking operations.
Monitor inflow & outflow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for projects and operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
Handle payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and treasury MIS.
2. Banking Operations
Coordinate with multiple banks for deposits, withdrawals, loan documentation, and credit facilities.
Manage LC, BG, OD, CC limits, and loan renewals.
Handle bank queries, audits, and compliance requirements.
Work on digital banking platforms for bulk payments and vendor settlements.
3. Vendor Payments & Receivables
Oversee vendor payment cycles and ensure timely processing.
Review ageing reports for payables and receivables.
Coordinate with project and sales teams for collection follow-ups.
4. MIS, Reporting & Compliance
Prepare treasury MIS, fund utilization reports, and variance analysis.
Support month-end closing and financial statements related to treasury.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and audit requirements.
5. Financial Planning & Control
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor spending against budgets and report deviations.
Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
6. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Project, SCM, and HR teams for fund requirements.
Assist in internal and statutory audits related to treasury and banking.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial discipline.
7. Process Improvement
Streamline treasury processes and introduce automation where possible.
Identify risks and implement financial control measures.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Treasury Operations & Accounts
Expertise in Cash Flow Management
Experience with Banking Operations, LC/BG, OD/CC
Proficiency in TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP / SAP / any ERP
Ability to coordinate across teams and handle pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Willingness to travel when required
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
5 years of experience in Treasury & Accounts (preferably in the infrastructure/construction/manufacturing industry)
Experience managing PAN India treasury operations is preferred
