Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Operate machines such as lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, and EDM for tool and die manufacturing
- Perform tool maintenance, repair, and modifications to ensure production efficiency
- Inspect and test finished dies and tools for accuracy and precision
- Troubleshoot production tooling issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve tool performance and product quality
- Maintain records of tooling inventory, repair logs, and preventive maintenance schedules
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in tool and die manufacturing or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of press tools, injection molds, jigs, and fixtures
- Familiar with machining processes, measuring instruments, and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge about Auto CAD
