HR Recruiter – Automation Hiring

Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for the automation and industrial automation sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, sourcing top technical talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role requires stability, commitment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automation and Engineering positions.

• Source and screen candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.

• Ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional recruitment process for all candidates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and prioritize hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably within the Automation / Industrial Automation / Engineering domain.

• Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

• Proven track record of stability, performance, and commitment in previous roles.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
