Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT staffing and resource augmentation domain.

• Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring and project needs.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Negotiate contracts, close business deals, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, client requirements, and competitive insights.

• Participate in proposal development, client meetings, and presentations.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, or Client Management.

• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of IT staffing models, recruitment processes, and service delivery.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
