About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with strong expertise in structural steel design and proven experience working on North American projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in U.S. design codes (AISC, ASCE, IBC) and tools like STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural analysis & design of steel and concrete structures
Apply & interpret U.S. and Indian codes (AISC, ASCE, IBC, IS Codes)
Mentor junior engineers and review drawings for accuracy
Manage projects from concept to delivery
Prepare design documentation, calculations, and reports
Provide technical support during construction phases

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
6+ years of structural steel design experience
Mandatory: North American project experience with U.S. codes
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
