Experience Required: 2+ years (preferred in printing ink industry)
Age Requirement: 25 years and above
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Sales & Service Executive who will play a key role in building customer relationships and providing technical support related to our Web Offset Ink products. This position offers a hybrid work model – work from home combined with regular visits to Gondia and client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Provide technical support for ink application and printing press issues (on-site & remote).
- Conduct ink trials and assist clients with troubleshooting and optimization.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and R&D teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain documentation of trials, service reports, and customer feedback.
- Travel as required for customer visits, press trials, and on-site problem-solving.
- Support client onboarding and post-sales relationship management.
- Represent KD Ink in trade shows, seminars, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales or printing ink service (Web Offset preferred).
- Solid understanding of offset printing and ink performance.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.
- Must be based in or able to travel to Gondia and surrounding areas regularly.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools is a plus.
