Job Description:
Site supervision, material handling, labor management, quality control & project execution. Must have 5+ yrs exp in civil construction. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of ongoing construction work at the site.

• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labor for timely project completion.

• Ensuring quality control and adherence to structural plans and safety guidelines.

• Monitoring site progress and preparing daily/weekly reports.

• Ensuring material availability and inventory management on-site.

• Liaising with architects and project managers for updates and technical inputs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution for residential/commercial buildings.

• Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site safety norms.

• Should be able to handle the site independently and manage labor.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
