Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, converting prospects into clients, and supporting the sales process — all from within the office. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to pitch products/services and generate sales.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and activities.

  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with the field sales or marketing team for lead nurturing.

  • Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
