The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, converting prospects into clients, and supporting the sales process — all from within the office. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Call potential customers to pitch products/services and generate sales.
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and activities.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the field sales or marketing team for lead nurturing.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
