Electrical Technician

Position: Electrical Technician / Maintenance  – Metal Industry/Manufacturing

Location: Visakhapatnam

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Technician to manage and maintain electrical systems and equipment at our Vizag plant. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience and a strong background in HT/LT license work, switchyard systems, PLC, SCADA, and maintenance of PCC/MCC panels and various electrical machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of the blending plant and warehouse equipment

• Prepare reports and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)

• Improve equipment performance through MTTR and MTBF monitoring

• Support autonomous maintenance (5S, CLIT) and assist operations

• Drive energy-saving initiatives and safety improvements

• Contribute to Kaizen activities and in-house development projects

• Work in synergy with the project and operations teams

Requirements:

• ITI/Undergraduate with 5–10 years’ experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Language: English, Hindi, and Telugu
