E Learning Developer

• Design e-learning content using Articulate Storyline & Rise.

• Create visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.

• Integrate multimedia: video, voiceover, animation, infographics.

• Translate storyboards into engaging digital learning experiences.

• Optimize courses for LMS deployment (SCORM/xAPI).

• Ensure responsive design and adherence to adult learning principles.

• Troubleshoot and deliver under tight timelines.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

• Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning.

• Ability to create polished, professional content independently.

• Good understanding of UX/UI for learning.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Video editing and motion graphics (After Effects) experience.
