ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform along with strong client-facing and consulting skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
● Work on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC as per project needs.
● Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
● Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
● Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
● Provide technical support and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
● Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
● Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across business and IT units.
● Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant.
● Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
● Proven experience in implementing core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
● Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
● Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
● Good understanding of CMDB and its data model.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
● Additional certifications like ITSM Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, or related modules are a plus.
