Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ professional with 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce CPQ and 3 years on core Salesforce (outside CPQ). The candidate should be strong in end-to-end CPQ delivery, stakeholder management, and problem solving, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations: discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Configure CPQ components: product rules, price rules, discount schedules, bundles/options, quote templates, approvals, and guided selling.

Support and enhance core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, platform customizations) beyond CPQ.

Build automation using Flows, validation rules, and Apex/LWC (as needed).

Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, IT) to optimize quote-to-cash processes.

Troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.

Create clear documentation and provide user training.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

6+ years total Salesforce experience.

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.

3+ years of Salesforce experience outside CPQ.

Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Solid Salesforce configuration/customization skills (flows, security, data model, automation).

Proven ability to handle complex pricing, quoting, and product modeling.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.

Other Salesforce certs (Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud).

Integration experience with ERP/Billing/CLM tools.
