• Research and identify potential acquisition targets in line with the company’s business strategy and objectives.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to proactively identify opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate the due diligence process for acquisition opportunities.
• Assess the impact of acquisitions on the company’s financial position and strategy
• Collaborate with the integration team to develop and execute post-acquisition integration plans.
• Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets or companies to ensure they meet the expected goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies in the acquisition process.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for board meetings and other corporate functions.
